This notice has not been reviewed by the university yet. What it describes about the platform's behaviour is accurate; the legal framing is still to come.

What we store

Your name, username, email address and — if you provide them — your phone number, profile photo, bio and university details. We also store what you create on the platform: listings, orders, job posts, applications, community posts, events, tickets and messages.

What other students see

Your name, username, photo, bio, verification badge and anything you post publicly. Your email address and phone number are never shown on your profile. Your course and campus are shown unless you turn that off, and your student ID is only ever visible to you and to administrators.

You control both of those in your privacy preferences.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store the payment reference, the amount and the status so we can show you your order.

Administrators

Administrators can see your account details, your orders and support conversations, in order to run the platform and handle reports. Their actions are recorded in an audit log.
